Role Description
The Team Leader – Personal Loans will oversee a sales team focused on sourcing, advising, and closing personal loan applications, ensuring targets and quality benchmarks are consistently met. This full-time,



on-site role based in Hyderabad involves managing daily team operations, monitoring performance metrics, and guiding team members on lead generation, customer follow-ups, and documentation. The role includes coaching and mentoring staff, conducting regular reviews, and implementing best practices to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. The Team Leader will collaborate with internal stakeholders and lending partners to resolve process issues, maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards, and ensure accurate communication of product features and eligibility criteria. The position also requires preparing periodic reports, providing market feedback, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance Urban Money’s personal loan offerings.
