Role : HCM Consultant
Minimum 12 years of experienced Workday HCM experience in Oracle /Workday
- Configure and support Workday /Oracle HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Advantages, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, etc.).
- Analyze business requirements and recommend Workday solutions.
- Configure business processes, security, and reports.
- Support integrations, testing, and data migration activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application design and development.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.
