When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work You are responsible for developing a commercial strategy covering all segments and channels to maximize total revenue and profit performance, as well as market share penetration of the hotel. As a Commercial Director , you’re not just leading commercial strategy across multiple segments and revenue streams – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Own commercial strategy and execution: Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams — including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa — to drive top-line performance and market share growth
- Maximize revenue and profitability: Partner with General Managers and Finance to ensure commercial decisions support revenue goals, optimize cost of sales,



and deliver profit and margin targets
- Lead pricing and forecasting strategy: Oversee revenue management practices, including pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews, to optimize revenue across all segments
- Align sales and marketing efforts: Coordinate on-property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities to support brand positioning and drive demand
- Adapt to market dynamics: Monitor trends, assess competitive landscape, and adjust commercial strategies to stay ahead in evolving market conditions
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships: Build trusted relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners to align goals and create long-term commercial value
- Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, career development, and recognition programs
