Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential, commercial and plotted development projects.
- Generate qualified leads through property portals, digital marketing, social media, advertisements, references and channel partners.
- Contact prospective customers and explain property details, pricing, location advantages and available facilities.
- Understand customer requirements, preferred location, budget and property expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers after enquiries and site visits until booking or closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, investors, brokers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with sales, digital marketing and management teams to achieve business targets.
- Handle enquiries received through calls, websites, WhatsApp, social media and property portals.
- Maintain accurate customer details, lead information and follow-up records.
- Prepare property presentations,



marketing materials and promotional content.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events and customer meetings.
- Conduct market research to understand property trends, competitor pricing and customer demand.
- Identify new business opportunities and suitable target markets.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, site visits, bookings and revenue.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketing and sales reports.
- Support customers during price negotiation, documentation and booking procedures.
- Ensure timely follow-up and qualified communication with every customer.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of marketing or sales experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial or plotted development projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
