Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented **QA Tester & Application Support Engineer** to ensure the quality, reliability, and smooth operation of our software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manual and automated testing, identifying and reporting defects, supporting end users, performing root cause analysis, managing issue resolution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance

* Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and system documentation.

* Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

* Execute manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and backend applications.

* Validate new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and integrations.

* Perform regression, smoke, sanity, integration, functional,



and user acceptance testing.

* Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.

* Verify fixes and ensure defects are resolved before release.

* Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure production stability.

* Ensure software meets quality standards and business requirements.

Application Support

* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support to internal and external users.

* Investigate production issues and coordinate timely resolution.

* Handle user queries, incidents, and service requests.

* Monitor application health and identify recurring issues.

* Support deployment validation and production readiness activities.

* Coordinate with development, DevOps, and business teams during incident resolution.
