About the Company:
NBZ architectural consultants is a design consultancy firm who takes up interior design and architecture projects all across the country. we work on a variety of projects of different scale and typology.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior projects from concept through execution.
- Translate client briefs into practical, well-considered design solutions.
- Prepare layouts, AutoCAD drawings, working drawings, and basic 3D models.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors during execution.
- Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and resolve design-related issues.
- Balance design intent with budgets, timelines, and site conditions.

Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interiors.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp and basic rendering tools.
- Good understanding of spatial planning, materials,



proportions, and detailing.
- Ability to interpret drawings and communicate effectively with site teams.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Attentive to clients, feedback, and the nuances of each space.

Nice to Have
- Experience in site execution and vendor coordination.
- Basic understanding of BOQs, material specifications, and measurements.
- expert in making working drawings of electrical, false ceiling, civil work and furniture details.
- Ability to prepare clear, well-structured client presentations.
- Interest in thoughtful, minimal, and design-led interiors.
