Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of core experience in structural stress engineering.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in classical stress analysis methods and finite element software (such as Ansys, Nastran/Patran, Abaqus, or equivalent).
- Core Fundamentals: Solid understanding of strength of materials, fatigue analysis, structural mechanics, and material science.
- Documentation: Proven capability in authoring technical stress reports and validation documentation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, explicit communication, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
