Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean CAD geometries for CFD simulations.
- Generate high-quality computational meshes
- Set up CFD simulations, including boundary conditions, physical models, and solver settings.
- Execute simulations and monitor convergence and solution quality.
- Post-process simulation results and extract meaningful engineering insights.
- Prepare technical reports and present simulation findings clearly and concisely.
- Support junior colleagues in simulation, meshing, reporting, and other project-related activities as needed.
- Create and maintain quality documents (Best practices, standards etc.)
- Present the simulation results to internal and external customers.
- Travel to customer locations to understand project requirements and present simulation reports.
- Support senior colleagues in automation and code development activities.
- Develop CFD workflows for steel and refractory problems apart from Tundish and Mold.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in industrial CFD conducting simulation and analysis.




- OpenFOAM application/development is highly desirable.
- M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field from Tier 1 institutions (IIT and NIT).
- Strong understanding of: Fluid Mechanics Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Heat Transfer Numerical Methods
- Proficient in CAD modelling and geometry preparation (Preferably in SolidWorks, SALOME)
- Proficient in mesh generation concepts and best practices.
- Experience with technical report writing and data visualization.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a cooperative team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Capable of manage multiple assignments while maintaining high technical quality
