Position Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Project Head / Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of a premium residential group housing development in Dehradun, comprising nine residential wings with basement, podium-level amenities, and full external development. The structure will be executed in monolithic aluminium formwork (Mivan) technology over a diaphragm-wall / deep-basement substructure, in Seismic Zone IV. The Project Head will carry single-point accountability for safety, quality, cost, schedule, statutory compliance (MDDA / RERA), and handover.

Key Responsibilities





Project Delivery & Planning
- Own the master construction programme (P6/MSP) from enabling works through OC and handover; drive monthly look-ahead and recovery planning, including monsoon-season re-sequencing.
- Direct the diaphragm wall / deep excavation package: review contractor method statements, slurry management plans, panel sequencing, instrumentation and settlement monitoring of adjacent structures.
- Drive Mivan floor-cycle discipline (target 5–7 days/floor): formwork set logistics across wings, deshuttering cycles, MEP-in-wall coordination before pours, and cycle-time MIS.

Contracts & Commercial
- Administer contracts for the structure contractor, D-wall specialist, MEP, finishes and external development packages; manage interfaces between packages, including the D-wall-to-raft junction and waterproofing responsibility matrix.
- Control the project budget: monthly cost reports, variation/claim managemen
