Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and service quotations for Cooling/HVAC projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Analyze tender documents, prepare cost estimates, pricing, technical compliance, and risk assessments for competitive bid submissions.
- Develop detailed scopes of work, service offerings, contract deliverables, and performance commitments for Greenfield, Brownfield, and modernization projects.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Service Operations, and Project Execution teams to deliver technically sound and commercially viable proposals.
- Support customer discussions by providing technical clarifications and recommending optimized cooling service solutions.
- Ensure proposal accuracy, profitability, execution readiness, and compliance with organizational standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain proposal templates, costing models, tender documentation, and standardization practices to improve bid efficiency and quality.




- Contribute to lifecycle service business development by identifying value-added service opportunities and supporting long-term customer engagement.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 58 years of experience in Cooling/HVAC, Data Center Cooling, Service Operations, Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, or Tendering.
- Hands-on experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals, tender submissions, cost estimation, pricing, and contract documentation.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and cooling systems, service contracts, AMC, retrofit/modernization projects, and lifecycle service offerings.
- Good knowledge of commercial costing, risk assessment, technical documentation, and proposal management.
- Excellent coordination skills with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders.
