E-Commerce Business Head / D2C Lead
to drive the next phase of our growth.

What You'll Do
- Own the complete
D2C P&L;
across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and emerging channels.
- Lead and scale a high-performing team across performance marketing, content, CRM, marketplaces, and operations.
- Drive revenue growth through data-driven decisions, new product launches, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Build retention and CRM initiatives to improve repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
- Work directly with the founders to shape business strategy and accelerate growth.

We're Looking For Someone Who

✅ Has
5–6 years of D2C/e-commerce experience
with proven P&L; ownership.

✅ Has worked in a
high-growth consumer brand
.





✅ Is experienced with
Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub
, and performance marketing.

✅ Understands growth metrics like
ROAS, CAC, LTV, and Contribution Margin
.

✅ Can lead teams, make data-backed decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
