Role: Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant

Experience: 7+ years

Location: UP

Notice Period: Immediate Preferred
- Lead and support Oracle EBS HRMS implementation, enhancement, and application support projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements into functional specifications (BRD/FSD).
- Configure and maintain Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, SSHR, and Talent Management.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to design, validate, and deploy customized HRMS solutions.
- Conduct CRP, UAT, user training, and prepare functional documentation for successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, provide production support, and ensure data integrity and system performance.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to streamline HR business processes.
- Perform module configuration, testing, workflow validation, and support AME-based approval processes.
- Utilize basic SQL for data validation, issue analysis, and functional testing.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle implementation methodologies (AIM/OUM) and HR statutory requirements, with preference for India payroll knowledge.
