Role Description
The General Manager – Dredging will lead the end-to-end management of dredging projects, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring for clients in and around Mumbai. This full time, on-site role involves overseeing project operations, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.



The General Manager will be responsible for resource planning, contract administration, risk management, and continuous operational improvement within dredging activities. The role also includes developing project reports and insights, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and supporting business development initiatives in the dredging segment.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in dredging operations, marine or civil infrastructure projects, or related heavy engineering domains.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Experience with operational excellence, process improvement, and quality assurance in project-driven environments.
- Ability to manage contracts, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
