About the Role

We’re looking for a highly entrepreneurial Manager – Campus & Growth Partnerships to lead our India go-to-market initiatives. This is a field-heavy, relationship-driven role where you’ll build partnerships with top MBA colleges, universities, tech parks, coworking spaces, and startup ecosystems to drive awareness, Client acquisition, and brand growth.

You’ll represent Unlock My Job on the ground, conduct seminars and workshops, build long-term institutional relationships, and convert engagement into active users.

Key Responsibilities





University & Campus Partnerships
- Build relationships with MBA colleges, universities, placement cells, TPOs, and career services teams.
- Plan and execute seminars, career workshops, and campus activation programs.
- Identify student ambassadors and campus champions.
- Manage end-to-end coordination for institutional partnerships.
- Ecosystem & Brand Activations
- Build partnerships with coworking spaces, startup communities, incubators, accelerators, and tech parks.
- Organize networking events, career sessions, and community activations.
- Represent Unlock My Job at external events and conferences.
- Identify new partnership opportunities that drive user growth.
- Sales & Community Engagement
- Conduct cohort onboarding sessions for students and professionals.
- Host webinars and live career sessions.
- Conduct one-on-one career discovery calls with prospective users.
