Must Have:

1. Core Genesys Platform Knowledge

2. IVR Design & Call Flow development including secure flow & bots

3. Strong understanding of
REST/SOAP APIs,



JSON/XML payloads

4. Problem‑Solving & Analytical Thinking

5. Collaboration, Communication & Teamwork

Essential:
- Design clear, intuitive, and customer‑friendly IVR call flows
- Solid experience in Genesys Cloud CX
- Support testers (e.g., Cyara teams) with flow clarity and edge cases
- Support post‑production incidents and root‑cause analysis
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver top notch code

Minimum Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
