We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Works Manager to oversee daily operations of our plant/workshop. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, maintenance schedules, manpower planning, and ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily workshop/plant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise production processes, machine operations, and allocation of workforce.
- Coordinate with departments like Quality Control, Design, Purchase, and Stores to meet production timelines.
- Maintain production schedules and monitor productivity metrics.
- Troubleshoot production or equipment issues and minimize downtime.




- Implement and maintain 5S, lean manufacturing, and safety practices.
- Review job orders, work orders, and ensure cost-effective use of materials and manpower.
- Ensure maintenance of plant machinery and infrastructure in collaboration with maintenance teams.
- Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, technicians, and workers to achieve operational goals.
- Maintain documentation for ISO / audit compliance and production reports.
- Responsible for the operation of the factory
- Experience in an engineering firm
