Looking for a candidate with CLI Unix / Linux experience

JOB SUMMARY

Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test scripts for requirement/user story validation, integration, regression testing

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to buid and maintain automated test suites for multiple applications in a CI/CD environment.

Develop and perform manual testing of java based applications.

Maximizes the efficiency of the various software systems by monitoring, testing and auditing recent software programs.

Participates in continuous performance improvement sessions to discuss opportunities to improve processes or standards.

Analyzes and resolves computer related problems by coordinating with in-house personnel to diagnose and fix operational issues, as well as consulting, advising and training on specialized features and functions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge





Experience working with Java technologies.

Experience developing tests using automation frameworks such as JUnit/TestNG.

Experience in REST API testing (eg. Postman/SOAP UI).

Experience in testing Web Applications.

Ability to query no sql db like Cassandra.

Education

BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience

Related Work Experience

4 plus years experience with testing in Java technologies.
