The Senior Solution Architect - Automation DevSecOps will play a crucial role in leading and designing automation solutions for ITES sector clients. The position is based in Pune and requires a high level of expertise in infrastructure automation and DevSecOps practices.

Description
- Minimum 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on scalable, reliable, and secure systems.
- Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions, particularly with tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Chef.
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, GoLang, Ruby, or Java for automation scripting.
- Extensive experience with Linux-based infrastructures and proficiency in command-line interface and shell scripting.
- In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, including lifecycle management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and provide strategic guidance to engineering teams.





Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive automation and DevSecOps solutions tailored to client needs.
- Implement and manage advanced configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Chef.
- Establish and enforce standards for automated provisioning, configuration management, and CI/CD integration.
- Drive infrastructure, deployment, and operational workflow automation to enhance efficiency and repeatability.
- Make architectural decisions across applications, infrastructure, integration, data, and security layers.
- Define and develop reference architectures, design patterns, and reusable frameworks to accelerate solution development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate infrastructure and platform tasks using RESTful APIs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
