About the Role

We're looking for a
Technical Project Manager

to lead the planning and execution of our edtech product and platform initiatives—from learning apps and content platforms to assessment and analytics tools.

You'll work closely with engineering, product, content, and design teams to keep initiatives on track, remove blockers, and ensure we're shipping high-quality software on time.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical side of software development and the people/process side of project management, and who's excited about building products that impact students' learning outcomes.

What You'll Do




- Own end-to-end delivery of software projects—from scoping and planning through launch and post-launch review—across Arivihan's learning platform, content tools, and student-facing apps.
- Translate product and content requirements into technical project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with engineering leads.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early (including content pipeline, academic calendar, and exam-cycle dependencies), and drive them to resolution.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder communication across engineering, product, content/academic teams, and leadership, providing clear status updates.
- Track project metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and use them to improve team predictability.
