Role Overview:

The GRC Analyst will support the organization's governance, risk, and compliance framework — monitoring adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies, assessing risk across business processes, and acting as a liaison with IT on security-related compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

? Monitor and assess company processes for compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies

? Review documentation, transactions,



and controls to identify governance and compliance gaps

? Liaise with IT to track security assessment findings, remediation timelines, and control implementation

? Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews

? Analyze data to identify potential compliance, governance, and operational risks

? Maintain GRC documentation, risk registers, and compliance trackers

? Prepare transparent reports and recommendations for leadership

? Collaborate with finance, operations, IT, and legal teams to resolve compliance issues

? Support policy development and staff training on compliance requirements

? Stay current on regulatory changes and contribute to continuous improvement of the GRC framework

What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in GRC, risk, compliance, or a related field
- Strong Regulatory Compliance and Auditing skills for reviewing processes, controls, and documentation
