Job Summary
GRS Fantasy Park is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to join our Institutional Sales team. The role involves connecting with schools, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and promoting GRS Fantasy Park's educational and group visit offerings. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact schools through outbound calls and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Introduce and explain GRS Fantasy Park's services and group packages to school management.
- Generate leads and support institutional sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and other customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain daily calling records and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of school visits and bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
