Position Details

Job Title: Production Assistant

Department: Production

Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Factory Manager

Location: Thergaon Factory, Pune

Job Purpose

The Production Assistant will support the day-to-day manufacturing and packaging operations of the factory by ensuring efficient production processes,



proper machine operation, adherence to production schedules, and compliance with food safety and quality standards. The role requires close coordination with the Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth factory operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations
- Assist in the daily operations of the production line.
- Support the preparation and processing of food products as per production plans.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow production schedules and report any delays or operational issues.
- Assist in changeovers between production batches.

Machine Operation
- Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine machine checks before and during production.
- Report machine breakdowns or abnormalities to the Maintenance team immediately.
- Ensure machines are cleane
