Role Description
The BPO Soft Skills Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves designing and delivering soft skills training programs for BPO professionals, including communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. The trainer will conduct classroom sessions, workshops, role-plays,



and simulations to enhance agent performance and client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating training materials and modules, evaluating participant progress through assessments and feedback, and reporting training outcomes to stakeholders. The trainer will also collaborate with operations and HR teams to align training content with business requirements and support continuous skill development.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Training & Development skills, including designing curricula, facilitating sessions, and evaluating learning outcomes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Soft Skills to effectively coach BPO staff on verbal, written, and interpersonal interactions.
