We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales and customer acquisition strategies out of our Mumbai corporate office.

Position Overview

As a Business Development qualified, you will drive the full sales cycle for large-scale, high-value intralogistics automation projects. You will consult with senior executives across e-commerce, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and third-party logistics (3PL) to design and deliver competitive, automated warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities




- Market Expansion: Identify, target, and acquire new high-value enterprise accounts across Western and Pan-India markets.
- Consultative Selling: Understand complex logistics challenges and propose tailored tech solutions (such as Unit Load / Mini Load AS/RS, AGVs, AMRs, and conveyor systems).
- Funnel Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, taking absolute responsibility for building and managing an annual sales funnel exceeding INR 1,000 Crores.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with our pre-sales engineering, software, and estimation teams to create comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
- Tender Excellence: Drive the end-to-end tender process, RFPs, and RFQs for massive capital expenditure (CAPEX) industrial projects.
- Industry Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador at trade exhibitions, logistics conferences, and corporate networking events.
