Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and inspiring .NET Team Lead to guide our engineering team in building high-performance, scalable enterprise applications. In this role, you will split your focus between hands-on technical architecture/development and team mentorship. You will own the technical excellence of the delivery pipeline—translating architectural designs into clean code, enforcing engineering best practices,



and working side-by-side with the Project Manager to ensure technical challenges are resolved quickly and sprints are completed successfully.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of .NET developers. Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and clean coding practices.
- Architecture & Design: Drive application design, database schema modeling, and integration strategies (including APIs, microservices, or event-driven patterns). Research and prototype complex technical solutions.
- Code Quality & Governance: Establish and enforce strict coding standards, guidelines, and security best practices. Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
- Delivery Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager to provide accurate technical estimations, break down features into concrete tasks, and flag potential technical risks or scope creeps early.
