Job Description
We're looking for an energized and customer-focused Rooms Division Manager to join our agile leadership team in Udaipur, India. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive operational excellence across our Front Office and outsourced services, including Housekeeping and Security. You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while continuously innovating to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams to optimize RevPar and maximize room revenue performance
- Oversee night audit functions and ensure accurate day-to-day balancing of all hotel operations, including F&B; reconciliation
- Champion brand standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service excellence across all guest rooms and public areas through implementing systems, procedures, and leading by example
- Analyze performance metrics, guest feedback, and operational data to identify trends and provide comprehensive reporting to senior management
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to continuously improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and operational efficiency
