Role Description




The Asset Management Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the hospital’s financial and physical assets to support long-term sustainability and mission-driven growth. This full-time, in office role based in Delhi includes tracking asset performance, maintaining accurate asset registers, and coordinating asset acquisition, allocation, and disposal in line with organizational policies. The specialist will analyze investment options, monitor financial portfolios, and prepare regular reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and return on investment for leadership. Daily tasks also involve collaborating with finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and efficient resource deployment across the SCEH network. The role requires proactive identification of process improvements and support in budgeting and forecasting related to asset management.
