Job Purpose

To drive the organization's Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and lead business excellence programs across the organization. The role is responsible for deploying TQM frameworks, facilitating quality improvement projects, supporting Deming Prize activities, and enhancing organizational capabilities through training and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Quality Management
- Drive the organization's TQM strategy and ensure effective deployment across all functions and plants.
- Support business excellence initiatives and lead activities related to the Deming Prize journey.
- Develop and monitor quality performance metrics aligned with organizational objectives.

TQM Deployment & Continuous Improvement
- Champion the implementation of TQM methodologies and improvement vehicles such as PM (Policy Management), CFM (Cross Functional Management), DWM (Daily Work Management),



and TEI (Total Employee Involvement).
- Ensure effective deployment of quality tools, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement practices across the organization.
- Facilitate Kaizen, Quality Circle, Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence initiatives.

Governance & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor TQM performance, governance mechanisms, and improvement outcomes across business units and plants.
- Conduct periodic reviews, audits, and assessments to track progress and ensure sustainability of initiatives.
- Prepare management dashboards, reports, and presentations on quality and business excellence performance.

Capability Building
- Build and strengthen organizational capability through training, coaching, mentoring, and awareness programs.
- Promote a culture of quality, customer focus, operational excellence, and continual learning.
