Position Summary

The Sales Team Lead is responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Field Sales Executives while driving sales growth across assigned territories. This role serves as the bridge between the Sales Head and the field sales team, ensuring that sales strategies are effectively implemented, targets are achieved, and the team operates efficiently.

The Sales Team Lead is expected to possess exceptional product knowledge, provide continuous coaching and training to the sales team, monitor field activities, and represent Herline professionally during client meetings,



institutional presentations, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, supervise, motivate, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.

Allocate territories, assign targets, and monitor team performance.

Conduct regular field visits with team members to provide guidance and coaching.

Monitor daily sales activities and ensure discipline, productivity, and professionalism within the team.

Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and communicate company updates.

Foster a positive, performance-driven work environment.

Product Knowledge & Training

Develop expert-level knowledge of the complete Herline product portfolio, including product features, benefits, pricing, usage, and competitive advantages.

Train new and existing sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement
