Job Title: Business Development Executive – Real Estate (Bangalore)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach
- Stay updated on real estate market trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
- Organize and conduct property visits and site tours, effectively presenting property features and benefits
- Negotiate and close deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Handle and manage documentation related to property transactions, including agreements and contracts
- Be available for on-site activities, including client meetings, property visits, and deal closures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred); freshers are also welcome
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Must own a two-wheeler/vehicle
- Good negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
