Responsibilities :-
- Hands on experience in
application support or intelligent systems support (AI/ML and Chatbots) with Python
- Hands‑on experience with: c
loud platforms (Azure preferred), APIs, integration troubleshooting, JSON, logs
- Experience working with monitoring tools.
- Robust analytical and debugging skills for production systems.
- Familiarity with
ITIL
processes for
AMS
operations.
- Exposure to MLOps practices such as model monitoring, pipeline orchestration, logging, and deployment support.
- Ability to support
data scientists with environments, pipelines, and deployment troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with
LLM‑based assistant or retrieval‑based systems.
- Provide L2/L3 support for intelligent applications such as Chatbot
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues
- Monitor application performance, usage trends, and system health.




- Support content updates, configuration adjustments, and functional enhancements in coordination with business teams.
- Ensure smooth operation during updates, deployments, and environment changes.
- Assist in supporting
AI/ML
-based components integrated within applications
- Work closely with Data Science/Data Engineering teams for deeper issues
- Support basic ML lifecycle tasks such as logging, testing, or evaluation coordination
- Manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change activities following ITIL processes.
- Perform daily/weekly application health checks, log reviews, and proactive monitoring.
- Maintain documentation (
SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides
).
- Participate in governance calls, service reviews, and continuous improvement discussions.
- Support adherence to
SLAs, KPIs, availability, and operational compliance
.
