We're Hiring General Manager – Factory Merchandising (Leather Jackets)

Lead the Factory Merchandising function for the Leather Jackets Division with complete ownership of order execution from order confirmation to final shipment. The role will drive product development, production planning, material readiness, costing, buyer coordination, factory execution, quality compliance, and on-time delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction and business profitability.

The incumbent will act as the key interface between International Buyers, Marketing, Product Development, Production, Planning, Sourcing, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Commercial, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.

Key Requirements:




- 15–25 years of experience in leather jackets/apparel outerwear manufacturing is must.
- Robust leadership in production merchandising and factory operations
- Proven expertise in order execution, production planning, buyer management, and cross-functional coordination
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on-time shipments while achieving quality and profitability targets
