Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Support project execution by coordinating activities and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Track project progress and proactively identify potential delays.
- Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate project resources, tasks, and information across teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and records.
- Ensure all project files and communications are properly documented and accessible.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
- Facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and project issues.
- Escalate concerns appropriately and support the implementation of effective solutions.
- Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to project teams.
- Manage project-related inquiries and assist in organizing meetings and follow-ups.
Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, or a similar role.
