Role Description
The P&L; Head at Urban Money will be responsible for owning and driving the profit and loss performance of the Bhopal business unit. This full-time, in office role involves setting financial and growth targets, monitoring revenue and cost drivers, and ensuring sustainable profitability.



The P&L; Head will lead cross-functional teams, oversee branch operations, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The role includes developing and executing business strategies, managing key stakeholder relationships with financial institutions, tracking performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions where required. The P&L; Head will also contribute to market expansion initiatives, improve customer experience, and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Strong financial management skills, including P&L; ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Experience in retail lending, mortgages, or broader financial services, with a solid understanding of loan products and distribution models.
