We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently execute high-impact influencer campaigns from start to finish.
This is
not
a client servicing or coordination role. This is an execution-focused position where ownership, speed, and attention to detail matter.
What You’ll Do
As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing influencer campaigns from the moment a brief is received until the campaign is successfully completed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding campaign briefs and translating them into execution plans.
- Identifying and shortlisting the right influencers and UGC creators.
- Negotiating commercials and closing creator partnerships.
- Managing campaigns involving multiple creators simultaneously.
- Coordinating with creators, talent managers, and brand teams.
- Tracking content approvals, revisions, and publishing timelines.
- Ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintaining campaign trackers, creator databases, and reporting sheets.
- Handling campaign budgets, invoicing, and payment coordination.
- Troubleshooting campaign challenges and finding quick solutions.
- Building long-term relationships with creators and agencies.
- Keeping up with creator trends and identifying recent talent before they become mainstream.
