About the Role

Mafatlal Industries is looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Graduates to join our Tender Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to build a career in IT Tendering, Business Operations, and Government Procurement while working on enterprise and government IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-procurement websites for recent opportunities.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial bid documents.




- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents and information.
- Ensure timely submission of tender documents.
- Verify tender requirements and support compliance checks.
- Upload and manage bids on e-tendering portals.
- Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and communications.
- Conduct basic market research and prepare reports.
- Support post-award documentation and project initiation activities.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
