Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in target markets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and networking, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.



The Business Development Manager collaborates with marketing and operations teams to align service offerings with client needs, track sales performance, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The role also involves gathering market insights and competitor information to refine go-to-market strategies and support sustainable growth.

Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and opportunity qualification to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and brand-building concepts, preferably within IT or e-commerce.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
