Role Description
The Sales and Customer Support Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Vasant Vihar. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to explain Breezonica’s logistics and warehousing services, preparing proposals, and following up on leads to convert them into long-term partnerships. The executive will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery,



and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, supporting account management activities, and contributing to sales targets through consistent client outreach. The role also requires collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve service offerings and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, including active listening, conflict resolution, and a professional phone and email presence.
- Sales and business development capabilities, such as lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and basic pipeline management.
