Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/ITES hiring across Voice, Non-Voice, Chat, Email, Sales, Customer Support, and Back Office processes.
- Handle bulk and volume hiring to meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and operations teams.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates for interview attendance, offer acceptance, documentation, and joining.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, TAT, and quality hiring metrics.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support hiring requirements.
- Participate in campus drives, walk-in drives, and recruitment events as required.




- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and documentation standards.

Required Skills
- Experience in BPO/ITES recruitment, including bulk and volume hiring.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 45 years of experience in BPO/ITES recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with notice periods up to 30 days are preferred.
