Key role responsibilities:

Stationery & Printing Material Management
- Analyse requirements for stationery and printing materials based on departmental needs.
- Collect, consolidate, and compare vendor quotations.
- Prepare comparative statements and support price negotiations with vendors.
- Coordinate procurement activities and track material deliveries.
- Manage material movement along with invoices, delivery challans (DC), and related documentation.
- Ensure proper stock maintenance, documentation, and systematic filing.
- Liaise with vendors for quotations, order confirmations, deliveries, and clarifications.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice submission and payment follow-ups.




- Ensure all financial and supporting documents are accurate and submitted on time.

IT Asset & Inventory Management
- Receive, label, and organise IT equipment and peripherals in the IT stores.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT assets in the inventory management system.
- Assist in the issuance and return of IT equipment to staff, faculty, and students.
- Conduct regular physical verification of IT assets to reconcile with system records.
- Support software license distribution and ensure compliance with license agreements.
- Prepare and maintain reports on IT asset usage, stock levels, and movement.
- Assist in procurement activities by coordinating with vendors and tracking deliveries.
- Ensure secure storage of IT assets, proper documentation, and adherence to university policies.
- Provide basic technical support such as setting up hardware for deployment.
- Coordinate with IT support teams for equipment repairs or warranty replacements.
