Nailinit is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Store Assistant to join our new store. If you enjoy interacting with customers, have experience in beauty or retail, and are passionate about delivering a great shopping experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Welcome and assist customers with their shopping experience.
Drive in-store sales and achieve individual/store sales targets.
Recommend products based on customer needs and upsell whenever appropriate.
Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and product trials.
Explain product features, benefits, and usage to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, visual merchandising, and stock availability.
Assist with inventory management,
billing support, and day-to-day store operations.
Follow store policies, retail processes, and opening/closing procedures efficiently.
Requirements:
Female candidate with 1–2 years of experience in beauty or retail.
Prior experience in a beauty brand, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, or retail store is preferred.
Solid communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
Comfortable working in a retail environment and following store policies.
Sales-oriented with the ability to engage customers and contribute to store revenue.
Prior nail art experience is not required—product training will be provided.
Work Schedule:
6 days a week.
One weekly off (as per the retail roster; weekends are working days).
