Key Responsibilities

1. Theatre Operations
- Ensure smooth daily operations of all 5 screens, open and close the cinema according to SOPs. Monitor movie schedules and ensure shows start on time, coordinate with projection/technical staff for uninterrupted screenings. Ensure all operational checklists are completed.

2. Customer Experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service, resolve customer complaints professionally. Handle escalated guest issues, monitor guest feedback and implement improvements. Ensure lobby, auditoriums, restrooms & common areas remain clean.

3. Team Management
- Train and develop theatre staff. Prepare weekly/monthly duty rosters. Conduct daily team briefings. Monitor employee performance. Coach and motivate team members. Conduct performance evaluations.

4. Revenue Management
- Achieve ticket sales targets. Increase Food & Beverage sales. Monitor ATP (Average Ticket Price). Improve SPH (Spend Per Head). Promote upselling initiatives. Monitor occupancy and revenue trends.

5. Food & Beverage Operations
- Supervise concession operations.



Ensure food quality standards. Maintain hygiene standards. Control food wastage. Monitor inventory. Conduct daily stock verification.

6. Cash Handling
- Verify daily cash collections. Ensure accurate POS transactions. Monitor refunds and void transactions. Reconcile daily sales. Prepare cash reports. Coordinate bank deposits.

7. Inventory Control
- Monitor stock levels. Order consumables. Prevent stock shortages. Conduct monthly stock audits. Reduce inventory losses.

8. Technical & Facility Management
- Coordinate preventive maintenance. Ensure projectors, audio systems and HVAC function properly. Report equipment breakdowns. Coordinate with vendors for repairs. Ensure uninterrupted utility services.

9. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure Fire Safety compliance. Conduct emergency drills. Ensure evacuation procedures are followed. Monitor CCTV operations. Ensure statutory compliance. Follow health and safety re
