Industry: Automotive Machining Components Manufacturing

We are looking for a passionate and experienced skilled to join our team as an IATF & EHS Management System Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, while driving quality, environmental, and safety excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve the IATF 16949 Quality Management System.

Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.

Plan and conduct internal system, process, and product audits.

Coordinate customer, certification, and surveillance audits.

Drive closure of audit findings through effective CAPA.

Ensure implementation of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA).

Maintain document control, legal compliance, and management system records.

Conduct HIRA, environmental aspect-impact assessments, and EHS risk evaluations.

Monitor statutory compliance related to Environment,



Health & Safety.

Organize employee training and awareness programs on Quality and EHS.

Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Layered Process Audits (LPA).

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or a related discipline.

5–10 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, preferably in machining.

Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Hands-on experience with Automotive Core Tools.

Internal Auditor certification for IATF 16949; Lead Auditor certification is an added advantage.

Good understanding of customer-specific requirements, legal compliance, and audit management.

Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is desirable.
