About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented
Technical Recruiter
with hands-on experience in hiring for
SAP, Salesforce, and other IT technologies
. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing skills, experience working with multiple job portals, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Recruit for technologies including
SAP (ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, EWM, SuccessFactors, etc.)
,
Salesforce (Admin, Developer, CPQ, Vlocity, Agentforce, BA, Architect)
, and other IT roles such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, Full Stack Development, and Business Analysts.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.




- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and overall fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Meet recruitment targets while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience hiring for
SAP
,
Salesforce
, and other IT technologies.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, and Boolean Search.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
