Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise-wide distribution efficiency initiatives across the Bancassurance channel to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Design, implement, and monitor strategic programs aimed at enhancing business performance across partner bank.
- Define and track key distribution KPIs such as productivity, activation, SMP compliance, lead utilization etc.
- Analyse sales, productivity, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable interventions.
- Develop performance dashboards, scorecards, and MIS for senior leadership with timely insights and recommendations.
- Partner with Sales,Training, Technology, Marketing, and Analytics teams to drive functional initiatives.
- Lead governance forums, business reviews, and program management meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of digital tools and automation to improve field productivity.
- Identify best practices across geographies and institutionalize them through scalable programs.
- Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives,



track milestones and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to identify capability-building opportunities based on performance insights.
- Benchmark distribution performance against industry standards and emerging market practices.
- Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and strategic updates for senior management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputed institute (preferred).
- 3-8 years of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Sales Excellence, Business Strategy, Distribution Effectiveness, or Program Management.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in handling large datasets, MIS, business analytics, and performance reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
