Key Responsibilities
1. Xelence Implementation Excellence
Support correct and effective usage of Xelence Forms, Rules, BPM, and related platform capabilities across NeoSpin implementations.
Guide teams on approved implementation approaches, reusable patterns, and platform-aligned design practices.
Build and validate reference implementations, reusable components, and working examples for common implementation scenarios.
Help improve consistency, maintainability, and first-time-right delivery across project implementations.
2. Hands-On Technical Contribution
Perform hands-on design, development, configuration, and debugging during key implementation milestones.
Work with C#, .NET / ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and related technologies.
Apply strong object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and practical UI design fundamentals.
Support complex implementation scenarios involving forms, business rules, workflows, data handling, and integrations.
3. Solution Design and Technical Review




Engage early in key design and integration areas to support sound technical decisions.
Review implementation approaches for maintainability, scalability, performance, and platform fit.
Perform impact analysis for proposed changes and highlight technical risks with practical options.
Collaborate with platform architects, product teams, QA, and delivery teams on solution alignment.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with delivery teams during planning, design, development, testing, and stabilization phases as needed.
Partner with QA, product, platform, and implementation teams to improve solution quality and delivery predictability.
Participate in client-facing technical discussions when required, including interactions with US-based clients.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders on solution options, trade-offs, and next steps.
