Responsibilities:
- Co-own the end-to-end product roadmap for patient payments, invoice ingestion, discounts, refunds, reconciliation, and PMS integrations.
- Convert business and operational requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering and QA to deliver high-quality, predictable releases.
- Own integration strategy with Practice Management Systems (API, DB sync, file-based, RPA).
- Define data models and flows for patient AR, invoices, payments, refunds, and posting back to PMS.
- Ensure product scalability, reliability, auditability, and compliance.
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Client IT teams to ensure strong product-market fit.
- Act as the product owner for complex client implementations and integrations.

Required Skills & Knowledge:




- 5+ years of Product Management experience in
healthcare, fintech, payments, or SaaS platforms
.
- Robust experience managing
technical, integration-heavy products
.
- Hands-on understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
- Proven track record of owning
product KPIs tied to revenue and operational outcomes
.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with
US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
.
- Familiarity with payment gateways (e.g., Square, Stripe) and reconciliation processes.
- Experience integrating with Practice Management Systems or EHRs.
- SaaS B2B product experience in regulated environments.
