About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with performance marketing, SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns).
- Plan, execute, and monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content recommendations.




- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms through organic and paid campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and branding teams to create high-performing digital campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Robust understanding of SEO principles and search engine ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
