Job Summary
The Associate Manager – Site Governance and Operations is responsible for
D⁢ site operations, planning, governance, and enablement
for the Pune office, with oversight over the Mumbai office. This role reports into the D⁢ Senior Director APAC/India and ensures seamless delivery of global‑standard IT infrastructure, end‑user services,
and operational governance while closely partnering with regional leadership. The position plays a critical role in enabling business productivity, maintaining zero‑disruption operations, and acting as a trusted IT advisor to local stakeholders ensuring governance at the site level.
Key Responsibilities
- Site IT Planning & Delivery Analyze IT requirements for office expansions, and relocations, developing comprehensive project plans to ensure seamless integration of technology. Own IT planning and execution for the Pune office, with oversight over the Mumbai office, including spending approximately four days per month onsite in Mumbai to provide site level D⁢ governance and engage with end users as needed
- Business & IT Collaboration Foster solid collaboration between IT subject matter experts and local business owners to implement global standard infrastructure and end user environments. Act as the primary IT point of contact for site lea
