- Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, or emails, depending on the assigned process.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet quality, productivity, and process compliance targets.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working from the office in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Solid problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
